We’re always looking for ways to be more inclusive and recruit diverse talent. We are proud board members of Huenited Collective: an equity, diversity and inclusion organization focused on celebrating creativity and fostering design career opportunities for people of color.
We mentor students
Madison Design has been committed to developing top young talent for over 15 years. Our interns and co-ops hail from the University of Cincinnati (our alma mater), Miami University and Northern Kentucky University. We’ve also established a scholarship and regularly host studio visits.
We’ve always believed in the importance of giving back. Over the years, we’ve donated countless hours of creative services to select organizations. Our pro bono client of record is the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati. We’re honored to support their mission of “Eliminating racism, Empowering women.”
We create community
We’re deeply ingrained in Covington KY, Madison Design’s home for 25 years. We co-founded Covington Creates, a meet-up group for creatives living or working in Northern Kentucky to help the creative community grow and connect.
