
An ESG Report Showcasing Meaningful Change
Challenge
Marriott International came to us to help them create their 2024 Serve 360 Report. This annual report highlights Marriott’s Environmental, Social & Governance initiatives. They wanted to showcase their progress in an engaging, concise and brand-focused way. Ultimately, the goal was to create a report that felt like Marriott: global, trustworthy, diverse and committed to serving others.
Results
The Serve 360 Report was launched with great acclaim, showcasing 2023 as a powerful year of initiatives coming to fruition and exciting momentum for the future.

We made Marriott’s purpose and core values an integral part of the design. While they connect people through the power of travel, we used connecting lines to draw the viewer in throughout the report.

Because Marriott always puts their associates first, we made sure their faces were prominently featured to highlight that commitment.

Custom illustrations made layouts more approachable and engaging, making it easy to understand the report’s themes and showcasing their properties in a bespoke way.

We sharpened their color strategy, brightening the report’s palette for a friendlier feel while also ensuring proper contrast for accessibility.
