Jackie fuses organizational strategy with brand strategy and connects the dots to make sure clients have a clear path. Jackie built Madison Design, a relationship-driven brand agency, by always doing what’s right for the client. For over 30 years, she has created, evolved and protected brands for international and regional clients alike, including Makino, NewPath, Highpoint Health, Cintas and Mercy Health. Jackie is embedded in Madison’s business community. She speaks at regional events to educate business owners about branding, is part of the marketing team for the Covington Business Council, and is one of the founders of Covington Creates. She earned her BS in graphic design from the University of Cincinnati, Design, Art, Architecture & Planning.
